After owning the product for around 7 months, the fan's performance has declined. Cleaning the water tank daily is necessary to prevent a scummy buildup. Additionally, after about three months, the fan motor begins to weaken, limiting it to only the lowest setting. While it worked brilliantly for a few months, I'm now in search of a replacement. Furthermore, it doesn't cool as effectively as expected.

Don't bother buying this product; spend the extra money on a portable air conditioner instead. It doesn't cool down my lounge at all, even with extra ice packs. While the air does come out slightly cold, it doesn't cool down the room. Don't waste your money; invest in a portable air conditioner if you're considering spending this much money. It's essentially just a fancy fan, which is disappointing.

The item arrived promptly and in good condition. While it functions well as a standard fan, I'm curious about its actual cooling effects compared to a traditional fan. Unfortunately, it doesn't lower the room temperature. We placed it in a small box room in a 1930s semidetached house, primarily to cool the air for a small child. Despite our efforts, including filling the water container with ice blocks and various combinations of ice and water, it didn't improve the cooling capability. It's a decent fan, but it doesn't fulfill its advertised function of cooling the air in a room; instead, it merely circulates the air.

While not quite as effective as an air conditioning unit, it surpasses the capabilities of a standard fan. We've noticed a significant improvement in our comfort and sleep quality on hot, humid nights thanks to this device. I would definitely recommend it.

I bought these because for one I love my solar light stuff, and secondly because I wanted to have the mushroom light theme around my fairy garden.

Only complaint is that the mushroom caps are not securely fastened to the stakes - if you accidentally kick the wire it will pull the cap off the stake.
